You'll have root access to your server to add or delete accounts (websites and domains through cPanel/WHM ), however, our sysadmins can take care of that for you as part of the package if you are not comfortable with the process, we advise to leave it to us and if you need to adjust, install or change something, let us know through the ticketing system or email. We setup DNS, nameservers, websites and accounts, security, system software and updates and all the rest of it, leaving you as the owner / webmaster to upload files to the server through FTP and manage your sites instead of the server and its backend.

Once your server is ready, usually within 48 hours, we'll send you access details (SSH, FTP,cPanel), all what you need to do is login through cPanel/WHM and setup an account which will include the domain as everything else is setup and leave the rest to us, OR send us the domain you wish to setup as a website and we'll do it for you, all from there after, just upload using files (cPanel or FTP) to the server website root directory (HTML and PHP files etc) so people can browse them and that's it.
